The cost of wedding Photography?:
Answer: Since a wedding isn't something
you plan everyday most couples are not familiar with the
cost of wedding photography. The price for the majority
of weddings in the U.S. currently range from approximately $1500
to $4000 with an average of $2800. With prices starting at $895 we feel we offer quality service at very reasonable rates. :What
is your wedding style or philosophy?
Answer: Our wedding style can best be
summed up in one word - "EMOTION". In addition to
taking all the normal pictures you would expect any photographer
to capture, we strive to capture the emotion of your day.
The galleries on this website will give you a good example of the
emotional pictures we are constantly looking for and striving to capture
throughout your wedding day.
How do I set an appointment?:
Answer: To set an appointment, just
contact us either by e-mail or phone. At that time we will set an
appointment to come to you for a personal interview. It's our
custom to come to you so you can view our work in the comfort of your
home without distraction.
What can I expect at the interview?:
Answer: At the interview we will show you
examples of our work from recent weddings and explain what we do and how
we do it. We'll answer any questions you may have and determine
your needs for wedding day coverage.
Do you use digital photography equipment or film?:
Answer: We use professional digital
photography equipment. As technology advances, professional
photographers should advance as well. Digital photography allows
us to do so much more with your portraits than film. What it means for average sized portraits is greater detail, a much
finer photograph.
Who chooses the prints we get in our package?:
Answer: We believe that you should be the one
to choose the prints you want in your package, not us. When your
proofs from your wedding are ready for viewing, we'll show you all the shots taken.
From the entire collection you will choose the prints of your
choice.
How will I view my proofs and make my selections?:
Answer: When your proofs from the wedding
are ready for viewing we will send you a copy of your pictures on a CD or
DVD so you can review and make your selections in the privacy and
comfort of your own home.
Can I keep the negatives?:
Answer: Absolutely! These are high resolution files,
the same ones we use to print any pictures you request..
What about copyright laws?:
Answer: Precious Memories USA retains the
copyright for your photographs, yet specific permission is granted in
your contract for personal use and printing. You can make
copies and share them, but they cannot be used for commercial purposes
without express written consent from us.

Are your photographers experienced wedding professionals?:
Answer: Precious Memories USA has strict
standards and specific guidelines for our photographers. Our
photographers are experienced professionals and must participate in the continued advancement of
their photographic skills through classes and workshops; must dress
appropriately for each event; must conduct themselves in a professional
manner exhibiting politeness and courteousness to each and every person
they encounter. At Precious Memories USA we pride ourselves on our
customer service.
If I need touch-ups to my photographs, can you do this and
is there additional costs?:
Answer: If you have a blemish on your
wedding day, or if you need touch-ups for any reason, don't panic!
We are experienced touch-up artists. Our goal is to provide you with the very
best of our capabilities without adding great expense to you.
What payment options are available?:
Answer: We want to make it as easy as possible for you to
have photographs to preserve the memories of your wedding day. So,
we allow you to split your payments. This allows you to get what
you really want without having to pay for it all at once. In most
cases, you can make three separate payments. If special
arrangements are needed, don't hesitate to let us know. All brides
should have memories of their wedding and we would like to help make
that possible.
How do I know if you are available for my date?:
Answer: Every page of this website
(including this one) has a place for you to check to see if we are
available for your wedding day. Simply enter your date and the
info requested and you will know whether or not we are booked for that
day or if we're available. Or, you may contact us at 214-629-8007.
How far in advance should I book your services?:
Answer: If you are wanting us to cover
your wedding, you should set an appointment for an interview at the
earliest possible date. Many dates (mostly Saturdays) book up 6, 9
or 12 months in advance. We suggest you check your date here at our website and
contact us A.S.A.P. if your date is available.
What is required to book your services?:
Answer: Contact us for an interview.
We will come to you and discuss your plans and options for wedding day
photography. At that time you may select a package for the coverage you
desire, go over the contract and make a down payment of $250 to
secure our services for your wedding day.
